Zebra Promotional collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, manage orders and provide an agreed client service.

Information we collect

You may give us your name, contact details, organisation, delivery details, product requirements, artwork and messages. Our website also receives standard technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, for security and operation.

How we use it

• To coordinate artwork, supply, production and delivery.
• To keep business and order records.
• To protect the website and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal or accounting duties.

Client staff portals

If your organisation uses a Zebra staff portal, your organisation or an authorised administrator may give us your work name, work email, role, location and ordering group. We use these details to create and secure your account, show the catalogue approved for you, route requests for approval and keep an audit history. Request records can include item quantities, delivery details and notes. Contact your organisation or Zebra if you believe your portal access or information is incorrect.

Services that process information

The website and its forms use service providers for hosting, email delivery and secure data storage. These include Cloudflare, Resend and Supabase. A provider may process information outside New Zealand under its own security and privacy terms.

Sharing

We may share the information needed to complete your request with relevant suppliers, branding specialists, freight providers and technical service providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the enquiry, the business relationship, required records or the law. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
