How it works

From first call to delivery.

You don't need a finished brief. Tell us what you know, and we'll work out the rest and set out what needs your approval before anything gets made.

Five steps

What happens next.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Who it's for, roughly how many, and when you need it. A rough idea is enough to get started.

  2. 02

We come back with a shortlist

We check what's actually in stock, what will brand well and what fits your date. If something won't work, we'll tell you.

  3. 03

    You get a written quote

Product, quantity, branding, price, timing and delivery in one place, along with anything we still need to confirm.

  4. 04

    You approve it

Nothing goes near production until you've signed off the quote and seen the artwork proof.

  5. 05

    We see it through

We manage production, branding and delivery, and keep your details on file so the next order is quicker.

The written quote

There's more to it than the unit price.

Stock and production times shift. The current quote and the approved proof are what count.

Product and colour

The exact item, variant and sizes, plus any substitution we've agreed with you.

Branding method and position

How your logo gets applied, and where it sits on the item.

Quantity and price

Unit price at the quantity you need, with setup and artwork charges shown separately.

Timing

When to expect the proof, the production run and the delivery.

Delivery

Where it's going, what freight costs, and how we handle a split delivery.

What's still open

Anything we haven't confirmed yet, so nothing catches you out later.

What helps us start

What helps us get moving.

  • Who's going to use or receive them.
  • A rough quantity, or a size range.
  • When you need them, and where they're going.
  • Any product links, photos or logo files.
  • A budget, if you've got one.

What can change

Nothing's locked in until it's in writing.

A catalogue page, or what you paid last time, won't tell you today's stock, price or lead time. We check that fresh for every job and write down anything that changes.

Production only starts once you've approved the quote and the artwork.
